Bronze Plan - Active Members

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires employers to provide medical coverage to employees who work an average of at least 30 hours a week. If you qualify for this plan, you will be notified by your HR office.

The Bronze Plan is offered by Aetna and is administered by the PEBTF.

The Bronze Plan provides minimum essential coverage and is considered affordable under the ACA. If you are eligible for the Bronze plan, and you elect to purchase a private health plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace, you may not be eligible for a premium tax credit, which is used toward the cost of paying for coverage through the Marketplace.
